Chaitu Editz Digital Media provides professional creative services including but not limited to:

• YouTube thumbnail designing
• Video editing and post-production
• Reels and Shorts editing
• Logo and branding design
• Poster and banner design
• Digital product sales (PSD files, templates)

3. Digital Products & Downloads

When you purchase a digital product from our store:

• You will receive a download link via email within minutes of successful payment.
• Download links expire 24 hours after purchase. If you need a new link, contact us.
• Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise specified in the product description.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased files without written permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the product file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• For custom services (thumbnails, editing), refund policies are discussed on a per-project basis before work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and code — is the property of Chaitu Editz Digital Media unless otherwise stated.
• Purchased PSD files grant you a personal use license. The original design remains our intellectual property.
• Custom work (thumbnails, edits) becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to bypass payment or download systems.
• Post spam or abusive content in reviews.
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Reviews & Testimonials

User-submitted reviews are moderated before being published. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, spammy, or contain false information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chaitu Editz Digital Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
